SMS Terms of Service

Message & data rates may apply. Welcome to Laravel ("we," "us," or "our"). These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any text messaging program operated by Laravel, including when verifying identity, submitting information, or receiving updates through SMS. By opting into our SMS services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Program Description

Our SMS program allows users to:

  • Verify their contact or identity via text message.
  • Receive reminders to complete steps in a submission process.
  • Receive informational messages, updates, promotional alerts, or status notifications.

Message frequency will vary depending on your activity and our available services. By submitting your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated messages, including those generated by an autodialer or pre-recorded voice, from Laravel or its affiliates. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from or on behalf of Laravel. These may include transactional messages about your document signing process (e.g., verification, status updates), as well as promotional messages about related services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and not required to use our services.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with any of the following keywords:

  • STOP
  • QUIT
  • CANCEL
  • END
  • UNSUBSCRIBE

You may also email your opt-out request to: sales@mesign.app. Upon opt-out, you may receive a one-time message confirming your removal from our SMS program.

4. Help and Support

5. Participating Carriers

Our messages are supported by most U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint
  • Boost
  • MetroPCS
  • US Cellular
  • Virgin Mobile
  • And many regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Laravel does not bill for this SMS service, however, your carrier may impose costs for SMS messages. You are responsible for any fees associated with your receipt of SMS messages.

7. Message Content and Limitations

Our SMS services may contain:

  • Transactional messages (e.g., verification codes).
  • Promotional offers or product announcements.
  • Reminders and follow-ups on incomplete submissions.

All content is intended for informational use only and is not a substitute for personalized business advice.

8. Third-Party Links and Offers

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from or on behalf of Laravel. These may include:

  • Transactional messages (e.g., status updates, verification)
  • Promotional offers or links to third-party services

9. Termination of SMS Program

  • Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked due to carrier or technical issues.
  • We are not responsible for any costs or damages resulting from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
  • The information shared via SMS is not intended to be exhaustive or relied upon for business decisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in WY.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted to this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
