Our commitment to preventing unsolicited messages
MeSign App does not allow unsolicited messages to advertise or promote mesign.app. This ban applies to email, SMS, messaging apps, social media direct messages, and automated calls. We do not buy, rent, or use purchased lists. We do not permit affiliates, partners, or third parties to promote MeSign App with unsolicited messages.
MeSign App only sends transactional messages that are triggered by user actions, such as account verification, document signature requests, status updates, receipts, and security notices. Each message identifies the sender and includes a working reply address for support.
Any sender using our service must have a direct relationship with the recipient or recorded opt-in. Cold outreach and list harvesting are not allowed.
We do not run an affiliate program. No reseller, contractor, or marketing partner may send unsolicited messages about MeSign App.
We maintain suppression lists, honor bounces and complaints, and require accurate sender information. We use authentication methods such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing.
If you received a message that appears to advertise MeSign App without your consent, forward the email with full headers to abuse@mesign.app. For non-email channels, send screenshots and details to the same address. We review reports and take action, which can include warning, suspension, or termination of offending accounts.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our platform. Severe or repeated abuse may be reported to hosting providers, email service providers, or law enforcement where appropriate.
